My Journey: From Performer to Women's Health Advocate
My fascination with the human body began with a career in dance and musical theatre. The discipline and physical demands of performing gave me a deep appreciation for movement. However, it was a career-changing injury that truly ignited my passion for rehabilitation and helping others heal.
This path led me to complete extensive qualifications in Personal Training and Pilates, but it was my own journey into motherhood that sharpened my focus. Experiencing pregnancy and postnatal recovery firsthand, I saw a critical gap in support for women. I dedicated myself to specialising in pre- and postnatal fitness, helping new mums reconnect with their bodies and heal with confidence.
Now, as I navigate my own journey through womanhood and see the gap in support for those around me, my focus has expanded to include perimenopause and menopause. I am committed to helping women in this stage of life cut through the noise and find effective, evidence-based strategies to manage their symptoms and build strength for the next chapter.
