This gentle yet empowering class is specifically designed for new mothers and their babies.

Through mindful movement and guided breathwork, we’ll focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, realignment, and overall body strength — helping you to feel more balanced, confident, and connected within your body again.

Each session blends traditional Pilates principles with safe postnatal functional training techniques to rebuild stability and posture, ease tension, and support your recovery. Babies are warmly welcomed — whether resting beside you, joining in during certain movements, or simply enjoying the calm environment.

Mums from 6 weeks postpartum (after GP check) and beyond.

No previous Pilates experience required.
