This bootcamp is a fun, friendly and supportive ladies only group fitness class.Sessions will get your heart pumping, muscles burning and the body sweating with only good vibes flowing! Each Class contains exercises selected to maximise fat burning through specially designed HIIT (high intensity interval training). We use equipment such as kettlebells, Resistance bands, Pilates balls and boxing gloves/pads. Sessions will increase fitness levels, tone and strengthen, as well as improving your posture and confidence… and most importantly – making friends and having a good old laugh while you’re doing it!
HiiT PILATES - BELAIR PARK
TUESDAYS 9.15am
£14 Drop in/£12 Class Pass
This class is a super fun 50/50 mix of high intensity interval training and controlled Pilates exercises with a good old stretch at the end. HiiT training increases the heart rate whilst maximising calorie burning for up to 48 hours after class, you will feel serious amounts of endorphins flowing! The pace slows down during the Pilates section with focus on the breath, correct core and pelvic floor engagement whilst toning and realigning the body. This class is suitable for all levels with progression and regression exercises always given
POST NATAL PILATES - BROWN & GREEN LIFE
TUESDAYS 1.15pm
£12 Drop in/£10 Class Pass
This class is all about you mamma, although your gorgeous babies are welcome to come too!
This is a relaxed and supportive class helping you familiarise yourself with your body again, ensuring everything is in working order to keep you fit for the many hours of cradling ahead. You will be checked for Diastasis Recti and learn safe effective exercises to aid you on your post natal recovery.
